On Thursday, Allegheny County Judge Christine Ward ordered Occupy Pittsburgh to get out of BNY Mellon's green space within 3 days. In her court order, Judge Ward says the space is private property which closes in the winter. Ward also says Occupy Pittsburgh has benefitted greatly from their time occupying Mellon Green by spreading their protest message.
